I have worked in the hotel business since 1997. In that time, I have witnessed countless wedding ceremonies and receptions from that standpoint of "service provider". My services included setting the perfect room, serving the perfect meal, coordinating the perfect party. It was always exciting and new for the bride and groom, as it should be. But for me, the event planning was very much a cookie cutter production.
Here are a few reasons why I would be a good choice for you ~
*I grew up in New England, but got married (in Laramie) to a gal from Wyoming. Why does that matter? If you and your in-laws don't exactly have the same backgrounds, I can relate.
*I spent my college days as a singer in a band - and still get together to make music as often as we can. What does that mean (bBesides the fact that I enjoy a high energy good time)? Let me say there wasn't a dry eye in the church when I serenaded my bride. Who knows? Perhaps you and Maureen can discuss personalized upgrade possibilities…
*If I could spend my weekends anywhere, it would be hiking or camping in the mountains of Northern Colorado or the wilderness of Wyoming. If you are looking for an outdoor guy, you found one.
It always struck me that I was limited in how much creativity and personal impact I could have in the lives of the wedding couple on their special day. Meeting Lyssabeth's owner Maureen Thomson and subsequently lending my officiating skills to this energetic and creative business, has opened the door for me to become so much more for you.
